Reduce the temperature of engine oil through heat exchange, avoid viscosity drop and caused by high temperature, and ensure the lubrication, sealing, cleaning and buffering functions of engine oil.
The engine oil flows in the flow channel of the cooler and contacts with the cooling medium (air/coolant), and transfers heat to the cooling medium through heat conduction and convection to realize cooling.
The oil flow is linked with the engine speed and load, and the flow increases under high load, thus improving the heat dissipation efficiency.
High-temperature engine oil carries out non-contact heat exchange with low-temperature coolant (or air) in the cooler; Heat is transferred from the oil to the coolant, and then radiated to the outside by the radiator.
