Warranty Policy
Coverage
Every product sold by OKCarPart is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original delivery date.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Accidents, improper installation, or misuse
- Liquid contact or environmental damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear during use
- Consumable parts such as seals, filters, batteries, or protective coatings
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unapproved channels
How to Make a Claim
To start a warranty claim, please contact our support team and provide:
- Order number
- Product name or part number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect (if available)
Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions, which may include returning the item for inspection.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is confirmed.
Resolution Options
If a defect is confirmed and covered under warranty, OKCarPart will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- Replace it with the same item or a comparable model
- Issue a full or partial refund of the original purchase price
Replacement or repair time may vary depending on product availability and logistics conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product.
OKCarPart is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, loss of use, or loss of data.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply in some regions.
