This
listing is for Melton Industries to completely remanufacture and
dynamometer test a customer provided 4HK1 or 6HK1 Isuzudiesel
engine with the high pressure fuel system.
All engines are remanufactured to factory
specifications, using parts.
The pistons, liners, main bearings, rod bearings, seals, gaskets, o-rings, cam bearings, freeze plugs, filters, hoses, thermostat, and belts are replaced.
The starter, alternator, turbocharger, high pressure pump and
injectors are remanufactured and tested to meet new factory
specifications.
The water pump, oil pump
and rocker arms are remanufactured or replaced with new.
All major
castings are cleaned and NDT inspected (magnafluxed) for cracks /
indications.
The cylinder head guides, valves, and valve seats are
machined to new specifications, or replaced.
Each engine is
dynamometer tested for a minimum of four (4) hours to perform break-in
as well as verify performance and quality control. Other configurations for other applications can be provided
