The following steps shall be followed before the replacement of the compressor:(1) Clean all pipes of the air conditioning system individually, inject cleaning agent into the condenser and evaporator and soak them for about 20 minutes.
Pour out the cleaning agent and dirt with high-pressure nitrogen.
The deliquefaction jar, fluid collector and throttle shall not be cleaned; make sure that no residue of the cleaning agent remains in the system; desiccate the refrigerant circuit, if necessary;（2）Clean the surface of the condenser and evaporator, check if the cooling fans' speed is normal;（2）Clean the surface of the condenser and evaporator, check if the cooling fans' speed is normal;(3) Clean or replace the expansion valve; the deliquefaction jar and pipe filter shall be replaced;(4) Check and correct oil filling level and oil viscosity before installing the compressor; vacuumize, fill fluorine, check high pressure and low pressure.
